An Ikebana course in Dubai

I enjoyed attending an Ikebana workshop – Japanese flower arrangement at The Archive cafe in Safa park (gate 1). Ikebana highlights the elegant lines of natural materials. The word ‘Ikebana’ comes from ‘ikeru’ (to make live) and ‘Hana’ (flower). I only had to bring a pair of scissors and a plate. The rest was provided by the tutor from The Ohara School of Ikebana. After each lesson you can keep all the flowers! Currently this regular Ikebana course is held at Bookshop in DIFC every Tuesday.
